Vivekananda Kendra Vidyalaya, Tezpur Celebrated India’s 78th Independence Day on August 15,2024. Students, staff members and parents paid tribute to the nation and freedom fighters of India.
The celebrations started with flag hoisting by the Principal of the Vidyalaya followed by the National Anthem. On this special day, a student from Class IX delivered a beautiful speech, highlighting the occasion.
Students from both Primary and Secondary performed group songs, displayed yoga asanas and performed a group dance.
The program concluded with vote of thanks and a light refreshment to all.
