Universal Brotherhood Day 11th sept 2024

Universal Brotherhood Day was celebrated in the vidyalaya premises on 11th September, to commemorate 131 years of the epic speech delivered by Swami Vivekananda at Chicago in the World Parliament of Religions. 

The celebration was conducted in collaboration with Rangapara College and LGB Girls' College. The programme included speech, songs, vivek vani, Chicago address and a power point presentation on Shri Eknathji Ranade's devotion to work and journey he had undertaken in construction of the Vivekananda Rock Memorial.

 Sankardev Tithi was celebration in the Vidyalaya Campus.

Krishna Janmasthami 29th Aug2024

Krishna Janmasthami was observed at Vkv Tezpur with great mirth and joy. The programme began with Shanti Path along with the significance of the day explained by a student from Class IX. Students performed  an act and a song highlighting the importance of the day. Students from Balvatika I to III dressed up as 'Lord Krishna', and danced to

the tune of devotional songs.

Madhavdev Tithi 23rd Aug 2024

 

Madhavdev Tithi was observed at VKV, Tezpur on 23rd August 2024 with great enthusiasm. It's a day to commemorate the life and legacy of Sri Sri Madhavdev, a respected and honoured saint and the foremost disciple of Srimanta Sankardev. He is also the founder of Vaishnavism in Assam.

RAKSHA BANDHAN 19th Aug 2024

 VKV, Tezpur celebrates the bond of love, Raksha Bandhan with great spirit and joy.  They come together to share joy, creativity, and the spirit of togetherness.  Students have also visited AISF, Police Reserve, ITBP, Sadar Thana, Tezpur , Chowk bazaar and other different places to celebrate the great occasion.
