Universal
Brotherhood Day was celebrated in the vidyalaya premises on 11th September, to
commemorate 131 years of the epic speech delivered by Swami Vivekananda at
Chicago in the World Parliament of Religions.
The celebration was conducted in
collaboration with Rangapara College and LGB Girls' College. The programme
included speech, songs, vivek vani, Chicago address and a power point presentation
on Shri Eknathji Ranade's devotion to work and journey he had undertaken in
construction of the Vivekananda Rock Memorial.
