Universal Brotherhood Day, 11 Sept. 2026

Universal Brotherhood Day

“Sisters and brothers of America…”

Remembering the powerful words of Swami Vivekananda, whose historic address at the Parliament of the World’s Religions in Chicago continues to inspire humanity with the message of universal acceptance, harmony and brotherhood.

On the occasion of Universal Brotherhood Day, we celebrate not merely a historic moment, but a timeless ideal — that despite our differences, we are all connected by our shared humanity.

Taking this message of universal brotherhood into the community, the day was celebrated with enthusiasm and participation at:

• Khelmati High School
• Shri PM Tezpur Collegiate High School
• Ketekibari Girls’ MV School
• Netaji ME School

Through these celebrations, we strive to carry forward Swami Vivekananda’s vision of a world rooted in mutual respect, harmony, compassion and the recognition of the oneness of humanity.

Happy Universal Brotherhood Day! 🙏
