2018, Assam India, exercise, Health, International Yoga Day, Schools in Tezpur, VKV Tezpur
The Vidyalaya observed International Day of Yoga with great enthusiasm.
Two teams from the school were sent to ITBP camp and Dipota Girls M.E. School where
the students performed Yogasanas along with other participants
encouraging them to practice it regularly.

Last two periods were utilised to observe Rabha Diwas by organising Rabha Sangeet singing competition among the interested students. One of the teachers made the students aware about the life-history of Bishnu Prasad Rabha.

Last two periods were utilised to observe World Environment Day-2018. One of the teachers delivered a speech regarding the significance of the day. Respected principal Smt. Rupanjali Barthakur Didi planted saplings along with teachers and students. Different Competitions were organised for different classes to enhance the their knowledge related to environment-
